Whether you are an individual in full-time ministry, a team, or a group, Mill Creek Ministries offers a variety of experiences for ministry renewal. 

Our facilities are located on Mill Creek Ranch, about twenty minutes from Pagosa Springs, Colorado. With full wi-fi availability - but extremely limited cell phone service - the remote location in the midst of God's glorious creation encourages pastors and leaders to "unplug" from their ministry responsibilities and focus on resting and being renewed spiritually.

Individuals have the opportunity to register for a retreat led and hosted by one of our partner organizations. These retreats typically last two-and-a-half days, with the possibility of extending the retreat with additional activities.

Groups may apply to use the facilities for their own ministry renewal retreats, or they may request approved facilitators or coaches to lead their development sessions.
